Our services range from providing software only to providing a complete system with full system support including; assisting our customers in defining their requirements; selecting, acquiring and assembling the components; System Installation; Training; and, post Installation support. Having a single entity responsible for providing all aspects of the system simplifies the resolution of any issues that might arise.

Installation

Consultation and Installation services are available to customize our systems to meet your requirements, organization and capabilities. Our personnel take an active role during the setup phase of the project to ensure that the system is completely operational when implemented. Networking hardware and installation are also available.

Training

We provide "hands on" training on the use of the system that is tailored to your organization’s specific requirements, background and abilities. There are three areas of training following initial configuration and installation: the Registers; the Back Office (Database management, Purchasing and Reports); and System/Network management. On-site training in your environment is encouraged; however, classroom training in our training room or at a location of your choice is provided. A Training Module identical to your "live system" can be installed at each workstation for continued in-house training.

Support

We are committed to providing the highest level of on-going training and support to ensure that you continue to enjoy the benefits of your system long after the implementation is complete. We offer on-site as well as telephone and high speed Internet remote access support and training. Our personnel answer telephone support calls nationwide 24 hours – 7 days a week. A toll free 800 number is provided to encourage your telephone calls.
